Who are we?
About Daniel
Civil Engineer. Two years of accredited formal property education. NRLA accredited landlord. Completed several property projects since 2018, whilst working as an engineer and raising a family.
Taking advantage of mutually beneficial partnerships with private lenders, I have been able to rapidly grow my property portfolio whilst offering my lenders great returns on their money.
Most of my projects involved purchasing neglected, long-term empty properties, employing specialist contractors to carryout full renovations, and converting to high-end, high-cashflowing HMOs for young professionals. Further to building my HMO portfolio, I have completed flip projects and historically operated a number of serviced accommodation units at popular tourist towns across the UK.
There is a severe lack of suitable housing in the UK to meet the high demand, and I am passionate about tackling the empty homes problem by bringing these forgotten properties back to life and providing modern affordable homes, all whilst helping my investors secure excellent returns in exchange for their financial backing which makes it all possible.
